Christmas is an annual holiday commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ. It is a Christian holiday celebrated on December 25th each year in most countries around the world.
As January approaches, markets in Iran, especially in Tehran, gradually take on the colors of Christmas. Although Iranians don't celebrate Christmas or the birth of Jesus Christ, due to the large Christian population in Iran, particularly in Tehran and Isfahan, various markets open and Christmas decorations are sold. Christmas in Iran has its own special atmosphere. Some people celebrate this beautiful night together with Christians.
In Iran, the Jolfa district of Isfahan is known as one of the main places for Christmas celebrations.
As December 25th approaches, the Jolfa district transforms: garlands are hung on trees and shops, and decorated pine trees fill Jolfa with the Christmas spirit. During Christmas, Armenian shops in Jolfa become incredibly busy. Shoppers flock to the area for gifts and Christmas goods, and the market for Christmas decorations and Santa Claus photos flourishes.
Can I give a rug for Christmas? Of course, you can. A rug is a magnificent gift. You want to give a grand and meaningful gift to someone so dear to you that you want not only to please them, but also to surprise them, or even change their life with the gift. Only something grand and beautiful can truly convey your feelings.
Merry Christmas!
